Shopify, suppliers and recipients
Our shop is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes certain personal data in order to provide and improve its services. The information provided on our shop is shared with Shopify and with the providers necessary for the operation of the shop, including payment services, fraud prevention, accommodation, analysis, customer service and delivery.
These recipients only access data to the extent necessary for their tasks and according to their own legal and contractual obligations. We can also provide data when a legal obligation requires it or to defend our rights.
For more information on the treatments performed by Shopify, see Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal.
International transfers
Some providers, including Shopify, can process data outside France or the European Economic Area. Where required by law, such transfers shall be based on a decision on adequacy, standard contractual terms or other recognized mechanism providing an appropriate level of protection.
Shelf life
We keep the data for the duration necessary for the purposes described above. The duration depends in particular on the existence of a commercial relationship, the management of an order or dispute, your marketing choices and the applicable legal conservation obligations. At the end of these periods, data shall be deleted or anonymised, unless required by law or by the court.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation, as well as, depending on your choices, tools for measuring audience, personalization or advertising. You can accept, refuse or modify your choices using the cookie management tool available on the website and your browser settings. The refusal of non-essential cookies does not prevent the use of the shop's essential functions.
Your rights
Under the conditions provided for by the regulations, you can request access to, correct, erase, portable or restrict your data and oppose certain processing. When treatment is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without calling into question previous treatments.
To exercise your rights, write to Stitch. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. You can also make a complaint to the CNIL.
