This policy applies to purchases made on Stitch-boutique.fr.

Right of withdrawal

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement to Stitch or use the standard form at the bottom of this policy. The mere refusal of the package or its return without prior declaration is not sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal.

After informing us of your decision, you must return the product within 14 days at the following address: Boutique Stitch, 59, rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France.

Return conditions

The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be re-offered, with its accessories and, to the extent possible, its original packaging. You can handle it only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Depreciation resulting from excessive manipulations may be deducted from the refund.

Direct return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend that you keep proof of shipment. Due-port shipments are not accepted.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in cases provided for by law, in particular to goods made according to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly and goods sealed cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene when they have been unsealed after delivery.

Damaged, defective or non-compliant product

Inspect your order as soon as it is received. If an item is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible at Stitch by indicating your order number and, if possible, attaching photos. This does not limit your rights under legal guarantees. When a return results from an error on our part or from a default covered by the law, the corresponding costs are not at your expense.

To get another article or variant, contact us. Unless specifically supported by our customer service, the fastest method is to make your return and then place a new order.

Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we reimburse the payments, including the initial delivery costs corresponding to the lowest-cost standard delivery method proposed. Additional costs associated with choosing a more expensive method of delivery are not reimbursed.

The refund shall be made within 14 days of the date on which we are informed of your decision. However, we may defer it until the property is recovered or until proof of its shipment is received, whichever is earlier. The refund shall be made with the same means of payment as used at the time of the order, unless expressly agreed for another means not involving any cost.
